Two dates to know

Early Bird is secured by completing either the deposit or full payment before September 15 at 12:00 AM EST.

  1. Pricing changes

    Early Bird checkout closes and standard pricing opens at 12:00 AM EST.

  2. Remaining balance charged automatically

    If you paid a deposit, Stripe will automatically charge the remaining balance to the same authorized payment method at 12:00 AM EST.

Before you pay

Payment details

ACH bank payment

Available for US bank accounts through Stripe. Bank verification may be required, and confirmation can take up to four business days.

Wire transfer

Wire payment is available by request after invitation approval. We will issue a Stripe invoice with unique bank-transfer instructions. Email Peter Corbett for wires.

Card payments

Card prices include an accounting administration fee and are not surcharges. The total shown on each Card button is the amount Stripe will charge; ACH remains available at the base price.

Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled before October 7, 2026. No refunds are available on or after October 7 because we will have paid our outfitter in full for your spot. Travel insurance is mandatory.
